Pacific Hydraulics Cylinder Range
Pacific Hydraulics is proud to offer a wide range of Cylindersavailable in sizes from 1.5˝ bore to 5˝ bore with standard stroke lengths from 6˝ to 48˝, suitable for your mobile, industrial, mining or agricultural equipment.
Our hydraulic cylinder range includes screwed gland cylinders, phasing cylinders and special cylinders.
Pacific Hydraulics Screwed Gland Cylinders
All Pacific Hydraulics Screwed Gland Cylinders have 1˝ clevis pins as standard, but can be ordered with 1.25˝ clevis pins as an option (4˝ bore only).
Features of the screwed gland cylinders include:
• 1״ clevis pins and quick release clip
• Hard chromed piston rod
• Double lip wiper for maximum protection against dirt
• Gland seal single acting polyurethane
• Heavy wall cds steel tubing honed to micro finish bore
• One piece piston machined from billet steel
• Polyurethane piston seal with wear rings
• Female clevis standard (male clevis available)
• Machined one piece steel base end clevis
Pacific Hydraulics Phasing Cylinders
The Pacific Hydraulics’ phasing cylinders’ patented phasing action, along with other benefits such as no moving parts or valving applications, provides a longer seal life and minimal creep. Manufactured from quality materials, Pacific Hydraulics’ phasing cylinders are ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.
Features of the phasing cylinders include:

• No moving parts or valving applications
• Robust construction
• Bore sizes ranges from 1.5״ to 6.5״
Pacific Hydraulics Special Cylinders
Pacific Hydraulics can offer a wide range of special purpose hydraulic cylinders to suit your application. These include;
- Telescopic cylinders, including displacement cylinders, single acting cylinders and double acting designs
- Double ended cylinders
- Integral cushioning, either fixed or fully adjustable
- Re-phasing cylinders
- High pressure jacks
- Intensifiers
- Cylinders with integral load holding valves and transfer tubes
- Bores to 500mm and strokes to 5,000mm
We can also offer almost any mounting configuration to suit the required application including;
- Plain clevises, or clevises with spherical bearings
- Trunnion mount, single or dual axis
- Front, intermediate or rear flange mount options
- Foot mounted
We can also offer cylinders for high speed applications, high frequency stroking or applications requiring servo actuators with low friction sealing.
